Care & Cleaning

CARE

To keep your earring looking their best, I suggest you keep them in a dry cool spot, an earring board or hanger is best to avoid them from being easily broken.

Brass will naturally tarnish when exposed to oxygen, earrings with brass are best kept in an air tight container or zip lock bag to help avoid tarnishing over time.

Please avoid showering or swimming while wearing your jewellery as exposure to water can lessen their life span.

Even though polymer clay is durable and strong, it still needs to be cared for correctly as it can be easily broken with improper use and storage.

To remove your earrings from the display card, carefully hold the earring back and earring stud and slide it from the card. Be cautious not to flex or bend the clay too much.

All pieces are hand made which makes them all unique.

CLEANING

Our earrings are made from polymer clay and can mark or scuff easily. You can use a damp cloth or baby wipe to clean them in between wears to remove makeup or tan. I suggest you do this especially for the light colours.

To keep your brass components looking like new you can polish them gently with a polishing cloth. You can also use supermarket cleaners like Brasso, please follow the directions on the bottle.

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING

PLEASE DO NOT allow children to play with, wear or chew on your jewellery. They are NOT for teething purposes at all and will break when chewed on - which is a potential chocking hazard. NEVER leave a child unsupervised with your jewellery, beads are small and could be a SERIOUS chocking hazard.
